Arzan VC

Arzan Venture Capital, founded in 2014 in Kuwait, describes itself as the first private VC firm to launch there, investing Pre-Seed through Series B across MENA with a focus on fintech, e-commerce and edtech. It has deployed capital through three vehicles -- AVC Fund I (2015), AVC Fund II (2019) and AVC Fund III (2023) -- and maintains offices in Kuwait, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Pakistan. In November 2024 Arzan VC co-launched Revenya Capital, a revenue-based financing firm for MENA tech startups, alongside co-founder Ahmad Takatkah.
