BlueFive Capital is a global investment platform based in Abu Dhabi and Bahrain, founded by Hazem Ben-Gacem (former Co-CEO of Investcorp), reportedly targeting around $15 billion in assets under management across private equity, real estate, aircraft leasing, insurance/reinsurance and private wealth platforms. It invests thematically in Europe, the US, the Middle East and Asia, taking majority and significant-minority positions with board representation, and has been expanding senior leadership to support cross-border deals into Southeast Asia, China and Africa. Disclosed transactions include a co-led $3 billion round for Kling AI and a stake in Bugatti Rimac, both in 2026.
