Cypher Capital is a Zurich-headquartered, Dubai-active investment platform that started in 2022 as a Dubai crypto/Web3 VC seeded with a $100M debut fund from founder Bijan Alizadeh, and has since expanded into digital-asset trading and AI/data-centre infrastructure through affiliate Storm Group. Since 2022 it has made 150+ venture investments spanning infrastructure, DeFi, consumer apps, developer tools and gaming; its Dubai entity, Cypher Proprietary Capital FZCO, is VARA-licensed as a Virtual Asset Proprietary Trader. The firm is led by founder and General Partner Bijan Alizadeh alongside CEO and Managing Partner Vineet Budki.
