Antler MENAP is the Middle East/North Africa/Pakistan arm of global early-stage investor Antler, running in-person residency programs in Dubai (spring cohorts) and Riyadh (fall cohorts) that take founders from idea to first check. The regional vehicle is a $60 million fund, launched in August 2023, typically investing $180,000 for roughly 11% equity via SAFE at day zero, with up to $320,000 available in follow-on funding. Antler plans to back more than 100 startups across the region over four years from the fund. The next Dubai/Riyadh cohort is scheduled to start October 11, 2026.
