Dtec Ventures

Dtec Ventures is the venture-investing arm run out of Dubai Technology Entrepreneur Centre (Dtec) under the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZ), backing high-growth technology businesses in the UAE and beyond; its site reports 25 investments and roughly 4,000 jobs created across the portfolio. It operates alongside sister vehicle Oraseya Capital, a roughly $136 million (AED 500M) fund investing pre-seed through Series B, led by Executive Chairman Dr. Mohammed Al Zarooni and Senior Partner Julien Plouzeau, who has been Dtec Ventures' Principal & Portfolio Manager since 2019.
