COTU Ventures

COTU Ventures is a Dubai-based, pre-seed/seed-focused VC founded in 2020 by Amir Farha, investing across the GCC, Egypt, Lebanon and Jordan in proptech, fintech and AI-driven B2B platforms. Farha previously co-founded BECO Capital in 2012, where over nine years he helped deploy two funds across 35 companies (AUM over $200M) including Careem, Fresha and Property Finder before starting COTU. COTU completed the final close of its debut fund at $54 million to back MENA founders from pre-seed to seed. Portfolio companies include Huspy, a real estate financing platform, and Mznil, a Saudi proptech that has since raised an $11.7M Series A.
