Iliad Partners

Iliad Partners is a UAE-based venture capital firm founded in 2016 by Christos Mastoras, investing $1M-$5M tickets at Pre-Series A and Series A into fintech, proptech and logistics/B2B software companies across the MENA region. Its team of around a dozen people, including five partners, is drawn largely from former founders and operators. The firm runs the $50M Iliad Partners Tech Ventures Fund I, which took a first close in December 2024 and a second close in September 2025, backed by Greek banks Eurobank, National Bank of Greece and Piraeus Bank.
