Khwarizmi Ventures is a Riyadh-based, sector-agnostic venture capital firm investing from seed to Series A across the GCC, with a portfolio of roughly 29 active companies including fintech unicorn Tamara, which it backed two years before Tamara's 2023 unicorn round. The firm announced in May 2026 the first close of its Fund II at over $70M (SAR 270M) to back the next generation of GCC founders, following its debut fund. It is led by Managing Partner Abdulaziz AlTurki alongside founding partners Dr. Ibrahim Almojel and Yasser Alkadi, and reports its portfolio has created over 7,500 jobs and reached 500,000+ users.
