STV (Saudi Technology Ventures), founded in 2018 and headquartered in Riyadh, is the largest venture capital firm in the Middle East by assets under management (reported at $1.4B+), investing across MENA tech in e-commerce, fintech, logistics and communications. Its portfolio includes Careem (acquired by Uber), Tabby, Foodics, Calo, Vezeeta, Salla and Unifonic. In 2026 STV launched a $100 million Emerging Tech & AI Fund backed by Google — Google's first investment in a regional VC firm — which has since also drawn commitments from SAB Invest and Arcapita, and has deployed into AI-native startups Sawt, Clarity, Signit and Stream.
