Oraseya Capital

Oraseya Capital is a Dubai government-linked venture fund launched in November 2023 with an AED 500 million vehicle investing from pre-seed through Series B, chaired by Dr. Mohammed Al Zarooni with Julien Plouzeau as Partner. The firm was ranked the UAE's most active investor by deal count for a second consecutive year (25 deals in 2025) and third most active in MENA, and it runs the SANDBOX accelerator for pre-seed and seed founders. It was named 'Venture Capital Firm of the Year' at the Entrepreneur Middle East Awards on 11 December 2025.
