Qatar Investment Authority — Fund of Funds

QIA's Fund of Funds is a $1 billion program (part of a broader $3 billion VC commitment announced in February 2024) that invests in regional and international VC managers as a catalyst for Qatar's venture ecosystem, requiring anchored managers to open a Doha office; it also makes targeted direct co-investments. By December 2025 it had backed seven VC managers — B Capital, Builders VC, Deerfield, Human Capital, Rasmal Ventures, Utopia Capital Management and Founders Circle Capital — deploying over $500 million to date.
