Anthemis Group

Anthemis Group is a London-founded venture capital firm established in 2010 by Amy Nauiokas and Sean Park, and is widely credited as one of the first VC firms to focus exclusively on fintech; its portfolio spans 200+ companies across payments, banking, wealth and insurance, including Tide, TrueLayer, Betterment, Carta and Qover. In the GCC, its Anthemis Exponential Ventures vehicle led a $7 million round (announced March 2021) in NOW Money, the Gulf's first digital-banking service built for migrant workers, alongside Commercial Bank of Dubai, the DIFC FinTech Fund, Accion Venture Lab and others; the deal was led by Anthemis partner Vica Manos.
