QED Investors is a fintech-focused venture firm investing from pre-seed through IPO across banking, lending, insurance, wealth management, proptech and banking-as-a-service, with roughly $4.0 billion under management, $2.4 billion deployed, more than 250 portfolio companies and 31 unicorns across 27 countries since its 2007 founding by Nigel Morris (former President/COO of Capital One) and Frank Rotman. In March 2025 QED led a $33 million Series B for NymCard, a UAE-headquartered card-issuing and payments-infrastructure platform serving MENA banks and fintechs — described by the firm as its largest investment in the region and its first time leading a deal in the GCC.
