e& capital is the venture capital arm of UAE telecom and technology group e&, investing an average of $5–30 million per deal in Series A–B companies across connectivity/IoT, fintech, edtech, SME/enterprise SaaS, ad-tech, AI/ML and cybersecurity, with a mandate to bridge MENA and global technology. The firm holds roughly $500 million in total AUM/commitments and is led by Managing Director Kushal Shah, Head of CVC at e&, with Eddy Farhat as Executive Director. Its portfolio includes Airalo, Breadfast, Qlub, Derq and Traydstream. In April 2026, e& capital joined a $10 million post-quantum security funding round for MagicCube alongside Verifone, Bold Capital Partners and Mosaik Partners.
