Falak Investment Hub is a Riyadh-based investment and corporate-innovation firm founded in 2018 by CEO Adwa AlDakheel, combining a startup accelerator (Flagship Program), an SVC-partnered angel network (Falak Angels) and advisory/AI services. It reports having supported more than 30 tech startups across MENA with a combined market cap of roughly SAR 1.13 billion. In August 2026 the firm rebranded as "Falak Holding" to bring advisory, investment and AI services under one platform, following its April 2026 acquisition of a majority stake in AI real-estate solutions company Kernel.
