Rasmal Ventures

Rasmal Ventures, founded in 2023, is the first independent Qatari venture capital firm, operating under the Qatar Financial Centre and investing primarily at Series A and B (with selective pre-Series A) in fintech, B2B SaaS, supply-chain logistics and AI across Qatar, MENA and beyond. Its debut vehicle, Rasmal Innovation Fund I, launched in June 2024 targeting $100 million with a first close above $30 million, and in February 2025 it became one of the founding managers backed by Qatar Investment Authority's $1 billion Fund of Funds program. Disclosed portfolio companies include Y.uno, Aqua Development, EnergyX, Roamless, Nexx Global and TeamSecFin.
