Wamda Capital is a Dubai-based, decade-plus-old MENA venture firm founded by Aramex co-founder Fadi Ghandour, who serves as Executive Chairman, with Fares Ghandour as Partner. It invests from seed through growth via two vehicles, Wamda Capital Fund I and the evergreen Wamda Capital - Evergreen, across fintech, gaming, e-commerce, SaaS, FMCG and agritech, with a portfolio that includes Ziina, RemotePass, Insider, Hala and Wafeq. The firm has been actively deploying through 2025-2026, backing rounds including RemotePass's $17.4M Series B and HeyBreez's $2.5M seed.
