- Who the regime reaches
The eInvoicing regime applies to any Person conducting Business in the State in respect of every Business Transaction, except those excluded under MD 243/2025 Art. 4. This is wider than VAT registration.

- Which deadline applies to you
Not known — No revenue band has been entered. The tier test reads it, so no deadline can be shown.

UAE eInvoicing, explained
What the published dates cover, what decides your tier, and what this tool will not tell you.
Which UAE eInvoicing dates apply to my business?
The dates shown correspond to the revenue band you pick. Each one is a published date carrying the Ministerial Decision it comes from and the date we read that decision from the issuing authority. Which set actually applies to a particular business also depends on entity type and registration, which this tool does not ask for.
Why does the timetable split at AED 50m of revenue?
The published implementation timetable is tiered, and AED 50m is the split between tiers. The tool asks for a band rather than an exact figure because the band is what decides the tier — an exact number would imply a precision the test does not use.
Is a date shown here confirmation that I must act by then?
No. The tool states the published deadline that corresponds to the band you entered. It is not confirmation that the obligation applies to your business, and the result says so beside every date.
What happens when the tool cannot determine something?
It prints UNKNOWN with the reason, rather than filling the gap. If an instrument has been read but a figure in it is absent — a commencement date left blank in a published PDF, for example — the result says that instead of guessing a date.
Is anything I enter stored or sent anywhere?
No. The tool runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type is uploaded, saved to an account, or sent to Finanshels unless you separately choose to contact us.
Is this tax advice?
No. It is an informational tool that states published dates and figures against what you entered. Whether an obligation binds your business turns on facts a form does not see — your entity type, where you are registered, and how your revenue is measured for each test. Finanshels is an FTA-registered tax agency and can advise you properly; this page cannot.
