Your UAE Compliance Deadlines
Published obligations that turn on your revenue. Where an instrument has not been read from the issuing authority, this says so instead of answering.
UAE compliance deadlines, explained
Where each date comes from, why gaps are shown, and what a deadline here does and does not mean.
What does this tool actually show me?
Published obligations that turn on revenue, shown against the band you enter, each with the instrument it comes from and the date that instrument was read. It also shows the gaps — the things it could not determine for you, and why.
Why does it show gaps instead of answers?
Because a compliance answer produced from a question nobody asked is worse than no answer. Where a rule has not been read from the issuing authority, or where the determination needs a fact the form does not collect, the tool reports the gap rather than resolving it to a guess.
Why are some obligations missing?
An obligation appears only when a rule has been read from its issuing authority and registered with a citation and a read date. Anything not yet read is absent rather than approximated, so this list is not a complete map of everything a UAE business must do.
Does a deadline here mean it binds my business?
No. It is the published deadline that corresponds to the band you entered. Whether it binds you depends on your entity, your registrations and how your revenue is measured for that particular test.
Is anything I enter stored or sent anywhere?
No. The tool runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type is uploaded, saved to an account, or sent to Finanshels unless you separately choose to contact us.
Is this tax advice?
No. It is an informational tool that states published dates and figures against what you entered. Whether an obligation binds your business turns on facts a form does not see — your entity type, where you are registered, and how your revenue is measured for each test. Finanshels is an FTA-registered tax agency and can advise you properly; this page cannot.
